Here's the deal capitalism sold us: work hard, get smart, scale, and one day you'll be rich. For almost everyone, that math stopped working a long time ago — and AI is about to finish the job, quietly removing the bottom rungs of the ladder faster than anyone can climb them.
I don't think the answer is to climb harder. I think the answer is to stop playing a game almost no one wins.
The future I'm building toward is small. Crews of a few people who trust each other, using AI to punch far above their size, taking on work that's enough — enough to live well, with autonomy and meaning — without the endless hunger to scale into something none of us actually want to run. No billionaire fantasy. No grind for its own sake. No disappearing into the machine.
Because here's the thing the AI hype keeps getting backwards: you are not behind. You are what AI is missing. The models are the same in everyone's hands; what's rare is the knowledge, taste, and judgment only you carry. Bring that, build with the agents instead of handing your thinking to them, and you make something no one else can.
Human first. Collaboration over greed. Enough over infinite.
That's the whole philosophy. The rest is just us figuring out how to live it.
